Our Promise to You

Just like our unisex activewear is designed for all body types, our returns policy is designed for all customers. We offer:

  • 15-day returns window from delivery date
  • Free exchanges on all eligible items
  • Quick refunds processed within 5 business days

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sports Bras
  • Socks
  • Headwear

These items must be unused, with original tags attached to qualify for exchange.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return your activewear:

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all the details we need:

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, repackage your items with:

  • Original tags attached
  • Unworn condition (except for trying on)
  • Original packaging if possible

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We’ll email you a prepaid return label if your return qualifies for free shipping. Otherwise, ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days
  • Method: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For size exchanges on our popular leggings, shorts, or T-shirts:

  1. Follow the return process above
  2. Specify your desired size/color in your email
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  4. No additional shipping charges for exchanges (except international)

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Refunds will exclude original shipping costs
